Jenna
Dental Hygienist
Jenna is a native Vermonter, currently residing in Newport Center with her husband, Nick. She graduated from Vermont Technical College with her associates in dental hygiene. Jenna has worked with in our community as an 802 smiles provider for several years, bringing oral education and access to dental care to students across Orleans County. In her free time Jenna enjoys camping, baking, and home DIY projects.
Margaret
Dental Hygienist
Margaret was raised in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont.. She is a graduate of the University of Vermont where she earned her degree in dental hygiene as well as a B. A. in Education. She has been practicing dental hygiene for over 30 years as well as teaching Health Careers and working for the Health Department. She enjoys all aspects of dentistry and has worked in Periodontal, Orthodontic and Pediatric offices. Her relaxed and friendly chairside manner helps patients feel comfortable during their dental visit. Margaret lives by beautiful Lake Memphremagog in Newport with her husband of 37 years, Michael .She has three children and three grandchildren and they have filled her life with excitement and joy. She enjoys outdoor adventures and you can find her hiking and snowshoeing in the woods all year long with her labrador, Miss Lucy.
Sarah
Dental Hygienist
Sarah is a graduate of Vermont Technical College, where she received an associates in Dental Hygiene. Sarah previously worked as a pediatric hygienist for about two years of her career, but is loving seeing patient of all ages. She is very passionate about her career and the community she is providing for. On her days off, Sarah enjoys time with her two daughters, Demi and Chloe, and her husband, Chris. They love to bike, snowmobile, and spend time in the outdoors.
Amanda
Dental Hygienist
Life long NEK resident, Amanda, began her dental hygiene career in 1991 after graduating from Westbrook College in Portland Maine. She decided at the young age of 5 that dental hygiene was her calling and has never looked back. Amanda and her husband, Jeff, have 2 grown children and 4 grandchildren. Amanda enjoys motorcycle riding, traveling with her husband and spending time with her grandchildren.
Almana
Traveling Dental Assistant
Almana is an aspiring EDFA (Expanded Functions Dental Assistant). She graduated from the dental assistant program at the center of technology of Essex in 2013 and has been practicing ever since. Almana loves working in the dental field because she enjoys being a part of helping patients achieve their oral health goals. Outside of dentistry, Almana spends most of her time enjoying the outdoors.
Hayley
Dental Assistant
Hayley was born and raised in the NEK in the small town of Troy, where she enjoys being in the outdoors, snowshoeing and sugaring with her husband, Nathan! They recently got married in August of 2023 and welcomed their fur baby, Rangeley! She has been a dental assistant for almost four years and enjoys helping and providing dental care for our community!
Heather
Patient Care Coordinator
Heather was born and raised in the Northeast Kingdom, in Newport Center. She has been in the dental field for 10 years now and enjoys helping and providing dental care for the community. Outside of work, Heather loves spending time with her son, Karson, enjoying the outdoors, going on adventures, and spending time with her pig, Ozzy, and her fur children, Roscoe and Lucy!
Melissa
Assistant Chief Administrative Officer
Melissa was raised in the Northeast Kingdom, where she currently resides with her husband and two children. She graduated with her Associates in Dental Hygiene and went on to achieve a Bachelor’s in Health Sciences. Melissa spent over 15 years as a dental hygienist, then transitioned into office management & working as an HR Business Partner. With over 22 years in the dental field Melissa is excited to serve our community here at Bristol Park Dental.
Jennifer
Chief Operation Officer
Jennifer has her Master’s in Public Health from the University of Vermont Larner College of Medicine, where she developed a “whole person” philosophy in the way she delivers care to patients. Prior to joining BPD, Jenn worked as a consultant and project manager with clients locally in Vermont, regionally, and nationally for a variety of health care sectors and looks forward to helping BPD best by developing strategies for enhanced quality of care and for improved performance. In her free time, Jenn enjoys long distance hiking on her favorite trails, and winter mountaineering and ice climbing with her husband Owen, and their son Levi. The family enjoys living in Bristol with their two dogs, Jake and Finn.
Schushona
Insurance Specialist
Schushona has been in the dental field for over 17 years. Prior to being an insurance wiz, she was a dental hygiene assistant and also worked at the front desk. Shona was born and raised in Chittenden County where she began her career in the dental field. Currently, Shona resides in Newport with her husband and three children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her animals and family.
Evan
Patient Care Coordinator
Evan is a native Vermonter currently residing in Burke. Evan began his dental career about five years ago, and has been helping coordinate dental care ever since. In his free time, he enjoys being in the outdoors; riding his horses, and being on the water. Evan is excited to continue his dental career here with Bristol Park Dental.
Ernest
Intern
Ernest is a senior at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute of Technology, pursing his degree in biomedical engineering. He’s always had a drive to help people, and plans to use biomedical engineering to achieve his goal. Through improving the interfaces between medical devices and humans, he aspires to preventatively save lives as a biomedical engineer. He has a lot of relevant experience in biological labs and diagnostic imaging with a bioimaging specialization. He’s conducted surgeries at Albany Med, and conducted and proposed cancer research. However, he genuinely says his experience with BPD has provided fulfilling work with a dedicated staff that he hasn’t found elsewhere. He looks forward to making a positive difference at his childhood dentistry office of Bristol Park Dental!
