Patty

Chief Administrative Officer

Patty grew up in Plattsburgh NY. She Attended Champlain College receiving an AS degree in dental assisting in 1980. She then married and made her life in Vermont. She found a lifetime career home with associates in-comprehensive dental care. Family is everything to Patty especially being a grandma. Her grandson and granddaughter are the world to her. She especially enjoys developmental moments that parents miss out. Patty enjoys the mountains and lake Champlain.

Kasey

Director of Human Resources & Employee Engagement

Kasey grew up in South Burlington and graduated from SBHS. She then moved to Sarasota, Florida where she resided for 26 years raising her two sons, Ian and Luke. Kasey recently moved back to Vermont to be closer to family and she is so happy to be back home. Outside of work, Kasey loves to take her three ‘Fur Babes’, Finn, Cade and Rosie for long walks, spending time at the lake and just breathing in the wonderful Vermont fresh air.

Heather

Office Manager

Heather is a native Vermonter who attended Champlain College for business and office management. She loves to travel with her two boys, Keenan and Keefer. They share a love of sports and it is on their bucket list to visit as many MLB stadiums together as they can. In her free time, she loves reading, baking, music, and water sports (boating, jet skiing, swimming). Heather is an avid concert goer and is enjoying introducing her boys to the concert scene. She is also an animal lover with four cats (Kosmo, Kramer, Coco & Storm) and one gecko (Jello) at home.

Michelle

Dental Hygienist

Michelle is a UVM graduate of the Dental Hygiene program and has been practicing dental hygiene for over 35 years. She enjoys making personal connections with her patients and motivating them to achieve a healthy smile. Michelle is a Native Vermonter who grew up in South Burlington. In her free time she enjoys camping, traveling, spending time with family and visiting museums and local breweries.

Olivia

Dental Assistant

Olivia is a born and raised 11th out of 13th generation Vermonter. As a child, she always dreamed of becoming a horse barn owner and trainer, but she was later convinced she has the vibrant personality perfect for dental assisting. Olivia decided to go for it and graduated from The Center for Technology Essex DA program in 2018. Olivia works hard to give her undivided attention to all her patients with her kind, fun personality and smile! Outside of work you can catch Olivia growing her small homestead, working a local horse show or simply fishing with her two children and husband!

Paula

Dental Hygienist

Paula is a 1997 graduate of the University of Vermont dental hygiene program. With over 24 years of hygiene experience, she is passionate about her work, her patients and providing the highest quality of care. Paula has two sons, Kyle and Wyatt, and an Irish Setter named Dugan. Paula has a deep love of all animals and has over 10 years of experience as a veterinary surgical nurse prior to obtaining her hygiene degree. When she is not working, Paula enjoys the great outdoors. Fishing, boating, kayaking, hiking and travelling to the seacoast for fresh seafood are just a few of her favorite things to do.

Jenna

Chief Clinical Officer

Jenna is a native Vermonter, currently residing in Newport Center with her husband Nick & their twin daughters, Hadley & Reese. She graduated from Vermont Technical College with her associates in dental hygiene. Jenna has worked with in our community as an 802 smiles provider for several years, bringing oral education and access to dental care to students across Orleans County. In her free time Jenna enjoys camping, baking, and home DIY projects.

Schushona

Insurance Specialist

Schushona is a seasoned dental professional with nearly two decades of experience. Her extensive background encompasses dental assisting, office management, treatment coordination, and insurance claims, providing comprehensive knowledge of dental operations. A native of Chittenden County, Schushona launched her dental career locally after graduating from the Dental Assisting Program in 2007 and the Health Information Management Program in 2009. Currently residing in Newport Center, Schushona prioritizes family time with her husband and three children. Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor adventures, caring for her animals, traveling for cheerleading with her daughter and traveling for wrestling for her son.

Diana

Dental Assistant

With 18 years of experience as a dental assistant, Diana is dedicated to making every patient feel comfortable, informed, and genuinely cared for. Since moving to Vermont in 2018 with her husband, Jason, and their two dogs, Ziggy & Smalls, she has embraced both the community and the outdoors. Her favorite part of her job is helping people feel at ease in the dental chair. She understands that dental visits can feel intimidating, and she takes pride in creating a calm, reassuring environment where patients feel supported. Outside of the office, you will find her hiking with her dogs, exploring swimming holes, snowboarding, fishing, and enjoying all four Vermont seasons.

Kaitlin

Patient Care Coordinator

Born and raised in Vermont, Kaitlin currently lives in Essex with her husband, stepdaughter and one year old corgi. She has spent the past 10 years working in the dental field in an administrative role, where she has discovered a true passion for building meaningful relationships with patients and their families. Creating a welcoming, supportive experience is what she loves most about what she does.
